Summary

A fresh coat of paint can do more than just cover up old colors. This project called for a full exterior repaint on a home in Bullhead City, with client-selected colors and attention to HOA guidelines. The house had some patchwork and stucco repairs, making prep work just as important as the final color.

The Work

Masked and protected all windows, doors, fixtures, and adjacent surfaces
Checked and spot-primed repaired stucco and bare areas
Sprayed and backrolled exterior stucco body using customer-supplied paint
Applied trim and garage door colors as specified, including an owner-requested change on the electrical box
Cleaned up thoroughly and removed all masking materials

The Outcome

The new paint job gave the property a clean, uniform look and helped highlight the home’s design. Careful prep ensured that patched areas blended in seamlessly. The home now stands out for the right reasons, and the colors are HOA-approved. If you’re looking to refresh your exterior, this is what a complete, careful repaint can deliver.
